Does everyone get the same fitness program?
No. Each individual’s program is tailored to them based on their assessment, goals, and personal fitness related preferences.
What qualifications do your trainers have?
All of our trainers have a NASM certification.
Do you provide meal planning?
No. We are not license dietian so we cannot legally provide you with meal plans. However, we do recommend tracking your meals depending on your fitness goals to help you track your progress.
How will my progress be tracked?
Periodically a reassessment will be perform to track your progress towards the goal that has been set. Depending on your goals you may be asked to track your food, activity levels, steps walked, weight, et cetera.
How long is your training program?
There is no one size fits all when it comes to a program. Each individual’s goals and assessment will help to determine the a program. However, there are many factors that go into meeting the goals.
Will I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what you already have. For example, if your goal is weight loss then you will need to have access to scale to help track your progress. However, our trainers can help you to develop programs like bodyweight programs that will not require any equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
After missing two prescheduled sessions without providing a minimum of a 2-hour notice for extenuating circumstances and 24-hour notice for all others, you will forfeit the missed prescheduled session.
